I would seriously doubt it. In effect, that would mean Google calculating its famous iterations for anchor text as well as for the links themselves and it just wouldn't be worth their while to do it.

Meaning does only the individual page www.webmasterworld.com/index.html get a boost for the key phrase "Google News" or does the entire domain get a boost?
