Frozen in Google Positions

Nothing done wrong.. But still frozen on 3rd page

Site is PR6. No spam techniques.. Good internal linking .Good relevant external linking.
But no metter what I change in content, I am stick to 30-35 position. Changing wording, title, images etc - nothing helps.
That is so for about a year. Why is that so?
What do you think?

I see no PageRank on your pages maybe you can get some good amount of links for your site with targeted keywords in anchor.

I am sure - you will move up.
