Quotation Search Bug?

Hi All

I think I have found a little big with google, I just did a search for "green widget directory" (notice quotation marks) and to my suprise I got pages with "green widget shopping directory" in the pages.

The pages on google bolded my search words like so:

<b>green widget</b> shopping <b>directory</b>

Why is google allowing another word in the middle of my search when I use quotation marks?
