How many incoming links are required to get a pr of 6

how many incoming links are required to get a pr 6 if my site is optimizes

Hi,

Whether a 100 good sites are enough to achive a pr of 6. When i started my site, while we had jsut 11 (link)partners with normal pr we got a pr of 2(starting of sep).Now we have more than 25 partners with 2,3,4 prs. I am planning to get around 100 partners by this month end(incoming). Is this sufficient for a pr of 6. I have around 75 outgoing links, I am expecting them to add me and given them a week time.

With a pr of 6, it will be easy to get a top ranking in google.

Of course better to have 6 than 4.

Yes we are in the same motion, get the lower pr sites if not higher. We are trying to get as many sites as possible, only with good content.Right now I have,

1)50 pages of articles (planning to get some links for these pages also).
2)another 30 pages with some other business related activities like faq, policies e.t.c

Do you think that we are going in the right direction? Just pr is another motivation to improve your site, once we have a good pr, people will feel better while having a link exchange with us. The process is a cycle I feel, better pr better links, better links better pr and position.

Do I need to do anything urgently?

Though low ones are useful too.
