Content inside an iframe counted by Google?

I was wondering whether or not the content inside an iframe is counted by Google.

I did a simple test myself earlier and found it Google DOES see the content inside iframe as part of parent page.

Also how about the links... r they counted by Google?

Could anyone else confirm?
