Frames pages and Disallow

Keeping frames out of index buy still used as back links

Maybe this is retarded but...

If I have website that has the majority of its content in pages that will be in <iframe>'s is it possible to have google not keep those pages in their index, but still crawl their content and/or links so that they will help my main pages and my overall site theme?

These pages will have my keywords and are not spammy, obviously I just don't want them popping up in SERP's because they are incomplete.

I have to use these iframes so if anyone could lend me some suggestions, much appreciated.
