I have a section on a site that's a simple link directory with links arranged in a topical heirarchy. I'm thinking of framing these outbound links. (I'd include one of those "frame off" buttons).
My first question is "Is there a Google PENALTY for framing outbound links?"
My other one is "What is the best way to fram outbounds?"
