I have to disagree on this one bud. When a couple plans to have a child, the child isn't born until it leaves the womb. I think the Inc. date is good because the legal papers are sort of like a birth certificate.

Yeah but this isn't babies, its business.

They've changed the course of net history, for the better.

You don't believe me? Imagine a world in which MSN (for example) dominated web search.... then shudder. So a happy birthday from me too.

I do, it is called 2007/08....very pleased to say I will be out of this business by then and relaxing on a beach in the caribbean.

My greatest worry being "how attractive the next barmaid will be" ;)

MS will indeed mop up in this industry...so the best bet is to make a fortune while the going is easy and invest in MSFT for your "long term" retirement fund!

Which raises the question....why doesn't MS get wished happy birthday at WW? Afterall they are going to make you more money than anyone else.....so why not raise a glass to them?

<puts on flame resistant suit and heads for the nearest beach> :)

"... so why not raise a glass to them [Microsoft]." I do raise a glass because competition is healthy. Cheers.

No. FAIR competition is healthy. That kinda rules out Microsoft then doesn't it.
