what kind of backlinks does Google "like" most?

A known fact: Text links with anchor text inside linking back to one´s site are way more efficient than buttons/banners. But how do they work best?
If my site´s domain is green-widgets.com and my linking partners link the following words/sentence back to my site.
a) Green Widgets
b) Green-Widgets.com
c) Green-Widgets.com, the best site you can think of

All possibilities contain linked keywords. But does Google differ somehow between these 3 links?

In addition, you'll want to ensure that the text within the anchor, while accurate and descriptive, also matches a keyword combination a web searcher will actually use as closely as possible.
