"Supplemental result" - What does it mean?

If you do a search for

"invade iraq" "student opinion"

the last 3 results shown have an additional tag "Supplemental Result" - does anyone know what that means?

I also noticed this on a few of my web pages.

They are coming up in the SERP's like this:

www.mysite.com/profile.html - 8k - Supplemental Result - Cached - Similar pages

I don't really know what it means.

Anyone?
