All of my anchor text linked to my site is three key words that make a keyword phrase. This is not the most competitive keyword phrase for my industry, however the first two keywords in the phrase are. In other words my anchor text is kw1 kw2 kw3 and the most competitive keyword phrase is kw1 kw2 combination. The second most competitive is kw1 kw3. Actually any combination of the anchor text keywords can make up a keyword phrase for my industry. My question is, will Google look at the anchor text and break these apart just as I have explained to make up the various keyword phrases or do I need to do separate anchor text for each combination?
