Added new page, optimized but no ranking and no PR for the keywords

I have created a new page for my website. Optimized for a 2 word keyword phrase. The page was indexed by google within 48hrs. I can find the page in google by searching for my domain name, then the keyword phrase, and it will come up. But when I search for the keyword phrase, it does not come up in the top 100. I have optimized the page for the keywords, and have been very successful in the past. The page is show no PR although my main page has a PR of 3, and all the others on the site are at least 2 (some others are 3). Any ideas on what is happening here? It has only been 4 days since I added the page... Thanks.

be a bit patient there :-)

.. google is updating on a different time table now and in any case to get results in hours or even days .. use adwords .. :-)

For "free" results in the serps I think its more in order for average websites to wait weeks perhaps 4-8 to get ranking for new pages in google.

Correct me anyone if there is new / different data .... I did not pay fine detail attention to these things for a few months ....
