Redirected URL with Parameters

Hello everyone, I just got listed in directory related to my site and the link to my site looks like this: www.theirdomain.com/goto.asp?resourceid=92, which redirects them to my page. My question is will google be able to fallow this link and count it as a backlink? I have heard that with one parameter it should be okay.

Yes it will follow - yes it will count - well mostly. The real problem is no one will want to bookmark it or link to it, so that the link will never be as popular as a static counterpart.
