Using frames with Google

The use of the NOFRAMES tag

Hi all

I have a site which is framed. To date I have had no major issues with Google not spidering my site. However, it would appear that I should be utilizing the NOFRAMES tag.

Now, I have index.html and home.htm I have placed a mirror of my home.htm HTML into the index.html file and enclosed it all within <noframes> </noframes> with lot's of links to the other main pages on my site, including a site map.

Is this correct and will it help Google spider my entire site?
