Ads by Google link on a page that has stolen code

Forgive me if this is posted in the worng place

In doing a search for my company name (which is unique... not really a word), I found a site that did not have any mention of my company name at all. I searched the source code and found snippets of my html, as well as snippets of code from sites that rank high a phrase I rank high for.

In the code, there appears to be links to me and the other sites, but those links are not really on the page.

There is a link marked "Ads by Google"

Any advice?

There is no contact info on the site.

The site appears to just be ads for services that are in a similar vein of what we do here.
