Question about redirecting multiple pages into one

...and maintaining as much PR as possible...

The situation is that I had published on another server a bunch of FAQ that need to move to my main site. Each of the questions was on a different page for simplicity. Each of those pages have accumulated PR over time.

Now I want to move the FAQ onto our main site. I found that many pages had only 3-4 line answers and I could bring a lot of them together to answer 3-4 related questions on one page. I already know how to do the 301 redirects BUT I want to know what's the best way to preserve the PR that was originally created?

I anchor each one of the questions so I can redirect each old page to the new anchor that represents it, but will that concentrate the PR of the previous 4 pages into the one new one? The old pages had very few visitors so seamless migration is not really a concern, my main concern is preserving PR that the old pages had accumulated.

Thought I'd tag this since I'm now way down on the second page with no replies as of yet.
