One question :
If I use one character link ( e.g. : "Tot<a style="text-decoration:none" href="abc.html">a</a>l") other then 1x1 pixel, is it ok for google or it is spam?

depends what your aim is. If it is links to a-z then why not, it is useful. If it is to conceal the links for th user then you are approaching spam. Unless it is for accessibility reasons but the way you put it it dosa not sound like a "skip navigations" link.

It looks totally fine to me.

The real question is, would it survive a hand check? If you have any "complainers" as compititiors, than it's safe to assume that you'll be reported to Google for spam.

Although i'm not 100% sure of what exactly the offical rule is, I think it's ok.

Seems okay, but is that a link on your site? Or is that a link TO your site (a backlink?).

If it is a link from another site to your own, and on a lot of other sites, isn't that link spamming?

I wouldnt do this - there really is no point, put a decent link to the page somewhere else if you have to.
