I have basic question. Whether page rank is related to ranking position.I mean if you have got PR4 for your site ,it will have a good ranking in G.

PR is one part of Google's ranking algorithm. An increase of PR leads to better ranking position. However, there are numerous other factors which are taken into account (anchor text from incoming links, page title and so on). Some of them are even more important than PR. Thus PR alone isn't enough for a good position. Also, it seems that PR was devaluated in the last months.
