Hello (the never improved english guy again, please excuse me).
My site , as many others I think, is showing a white empty line in toolbar PR.(ometimes all gray, but most of times all white). This is a relatively new site (from about May or June) and is ranking well in searchs for my keywords.(Thanks God and Google).It also has 20-something incoming and outgoing links with PR 3-4-5-6 sites and the beloved googlebot uses to come and crawl with no problems.
My question is: Is there a POSITIVELY accurate way to determine if the site is penalized or if the PR issue is because the updates? Thanks so much.
