We just recently had a site accepted by Google News, and they will be listing our stories shortly. Has anyone else noticed a marked benefit from being listed in Google News? Does it drive a fair amount of traffic? Does Google reward your site for being listed, like they reward you by being listed in their Google Directory? Thanks in advance,

Don't get too excited about this just yet. We were accepted many months ago and have still to see any of our content included. I have also heard about similar experiences from others.
However, if you have got in, it would certainly be good for you in terms of exposure and would certainly give a boost to your credibility as a source for news and/or news analysis.
