Time for PageRank to transfer after 301?

6-7 weeks later, still no PR transfer

Has anyone ever worked with setting up a 301 redirect, and seen the effects on PageRank?

Our domain name used to be a localised domain name, and about 6 weeks ago, we moved to a global name since most of our traffic had been coming from outside that state for quite some time.

It's been about 6 weeks or so since the change and the added 301 redirect, and I haven't yet seen my PageRank from the old domain to the new domain.

Thoughts?
