Is there a Google-Update for Special Characters?

Hi all out there,

i thought there was an google update for trading words like
"fundación" and "fundacion" the same. I noticed that during the las 3 days since google made some changes (e.g. payed links appear right on top and not in green boxes on the right).

I was happy about that change since I dont want to optimze my site using misspelled words.

nevertheless seems that they changed the way they handle words with "´". fundación and fundacion aren´t the same anymore.

What do you suggest? Should I change all the words that have a little "´" in at least the META description and the title?
