Sadly Google is not very sophisticated in combined advanced searches.

As far as I know, Google does not allow a link:www.domain.com search combined with another criterium.

Alltheweb on the other hand has more possibilities:

Do the link:www.domain.com command, go to advanced search to the "Domain Filters" and exlude or include part of any domain.

Not sure that will help you with the affiliate links, but I hope that helps for subdomains.

(you can use nasa.gov as an example, it has many, many subdomains).

That was great help! but still I remember some one posting here, ages back with a command by which is showed how many sub domains nasa.gov has - using ATW search.

I have searched a lot couldn’t find that post!

just type in the complete url in ATW:

www.nasa.gov

you will see the "URL Investigator" at work

on the bottom there is the link: See all subdomains for "www.nasa.gov"
