Google Home Page a GIF?

Wondering why Google's homepage is acting weird

What is going on with the Google home site? The google.ca domain simply points to a GIF, unless I do a control reload of the page in which case the home page turns up . . .

Col_Span - are you using Mozilla 1.3? I have this problem occasionally, most frequently on Google, but also on some other dynamically-generated sites. I assumed it was either a weird Mozilla bug, or something just on my system...
