could be google.us. That is usually the only time I see the 'google' symbol with the English word next to it. :)

But...I don't use the toolbar, so I'm not sure what you are referring to by 'pr0'...

That IP is within the range that Google uses to fetch images when displaying their cached copy of your page.

I see IP's in that range fairly often. My sites are U.S. hosted and in english - Well actually, they're in Texan. ;)
