Anybody else seeing a slight algo tweak for domestically hosted sites in native language for country specific searches?

Hot topic Littleman. Lots of opinions floating around. There's definetly something in the works, has been for many months.
Can't say I have a grip on that though, the tweaks have until now been so erratic that at one point I was ready to believe it was a bug.

On the contrary... more .com / biz / ...etc. at top 10, local language though (es, it, de, co.uk, dk, se, no).

Thanks Heini, Ulstrup, I am not talking about country code. What I am referring to is where the site is being hosted -- the country where the server sits.

As for where the server is:

Local tld, locally hosted, local language: status quo
.com tld, not locally hosted, local language (as dir.): some pages down, some up, not analyzed yet.
.net tld, locally hosted, local language: down.
