SERIOUS Google Update Question

As all of us know its has started - when is it going to end?

Did any update last for so long? Any prediction when its going to end.

BTW will this time google update its directory because I see many DMOZ pages in www-sj. without a cache (hundreds of them) while directory-sj. is prior april RDF dump.
