Google answers are now showing adwords, is this new?

That may be fun, when a typical question is "how do I get page 1 in google"

me ga...click on the little blue box at the top of the page, that says "Guaranteed search engine position", 'submit to 250 000 search engines FREE"

New to me, I remember a recent post on saying answers recently went out of Beta as well.

Also, if I'm not mistaken Matt Cutts mentioned at the Pubcon that all of google answers will be crawlable/indexable for (other) search engines. Can anyone back this up?
