Alpha & Beta Version

what it is basically in context to search engine?

Being a newbie to the search engine world, i need some help?

"Is there any concept of alpha version and beta version in the search engine world?"

I dont know anything about it. Just heard these terms couple of times.

Anybody having any idea. Plz help me out?

And what do you like to know about alpha or beta websites?

alpha means start stage of development. beta would be release for test purposes.

Must relate to the various stages of the testing for the different words

If you're asking when to submit:
Finish some version that makes sense (to users, and to SE's). Submit it, or link it from an already indexed site. Then enlarge it.

Don't submit some alpha or beta version if you're not sure that domain, the main structure (esp. internal linking structure, keyword-relevant stuff, and - maybe - incoming links) for the most part will persist.
