One of my new websites received PR0 by Google. Can I expect a higher ranking in the future or do I need to change server and domain name for the new website project?

I did some bad SEO and now I know better.

you dont say how long your site has been up, and has it ever been in the Google index.

also do you have "any backlinks" to your site.

When you say bad seo, what exactly do you mean?

If it is a new site then the PR0 could mean that you have few backlinks and you have a PR <1. Work like crazy on getting quality backlinks.

Use the site search here and look for "PR0 gray" and also "PR0 grey" (to include those of us who use English) :)

Ni Nicke, there are several possible scenarios.
My plan in your situation would be:
1) find likely causes for PR0
2) clean that up asap
3) wait a couple of updates
4) at the same time build a new site

The new site does not have to be on a different server. It just needs to be totally independant from the PR0ed site. Do not link between the two.

This website is about a country.

I have quality backlinks but I guess the reason was because I did:

1. Created subdomains of some keywords relevant for this website (cities in this country)
2. mirrored the same page (intro page) on these subdomains but changed the city names

or another reason may be I used cloaking on the index page, the only reason I use cloaking is because I want to restrict the access from some places/IPs. So most people come to my intro page while people restricted will come to another page with "Under construction" message.

I really need to know if I need to buy a new domain name and use another server IP for this website projekt.

I cleaned the site up from mirrored pages, will Google release my ban? What do you suggest?
