I've just run query (in Google Bar) on one of my keywords and one of my sites still shows DMOZ listing which has been removed in last update. I am just curious what's happening?

With a 3 billion page index, Google updates [webmasterworld.com] periodically. The directory updates also rely on the freshness of the Open Directory's XML dump so Google can get quite behind.

The change to your listing will be corrected over time.

The last RDF is dated 2003-04-24 at [rdf.dmoz.org...] , but I believe it to be a copy of the previous one. That one was dated 2003-04-09 and compiled from about 2003-04-04 onwards. I have no idea when Google took a copy of the RDF, but I do know that every time I looked at Google soon after they updated their directory listings, that they were about 4 to 6 weeks behind the ODP at that time.
