What about the INDEX?

I have a website which is updated every month on schedule, except for the main URL. The cached is still the one from 3 months ago. What's the deal?

But do you upload your updated page every month too?

If you make changes to all your inner pages but not to your index (homepage) that could explain it.

I changed the index page twice, and the cached shows the one before the 2 of them.
One thing I did do is redirecting the URL to point to a different page (not index.html). Maybe thats causing it?
