Banned domains or banned contents?

Question #1. Can be banned a site after the bad content have been cleaned?

Question #2. My site has been banned: can I upload the content with other domain name (or another directory of a existent domain) and resubmit to Google or this new domain with the old content (clean of course) will be banned?

Yes, you should email webmaster@google.com with the subject line REINCLUSION REQUEST and explain that the site is now clean, sit back and wait, and wait........

Now this sounds better, start fresh with the new domain name and keep the content clean, you'll have no problems. Submit it "once" to Google and then concentrate on getting "Quality" links to the site.
