Rotating content on Index page

How does Google treat a section on your Index page that changes from day to day that includes links? What I am referring to is a "Newest Items in Catalog" Section that linked directly to new catalog Items. The link could stay the same for 1 day to 2 weeks then change. The links would not be removed from the site. They would still be good links but the Index page would change.

That should be a very good thing, giving freshbot something new and maybe picking up extra traffic before the pages are added permanantly, which can take quite a while.
