Dynamic pages and outgoing click-thru programs

My site uses dynamic .aspx code to call keywords to display specific driven results (page.aspx?keywords=blah%20blah). The links on the menu all have this code included - is this OK?

Also, I use a feed to call for results for a pay-per-click sponsorship. Each page has a set of results that are displayed for users to click-thru. Would this cause any problems?

I've been spidered twice, and did show up for one day. I, however, haven't seen my site on there since. :(

Do a site search on top of this page for 'dynamic pages'. It should at least point you in the right direction.

I just don't know enough to comment.
