Hi, I`ve launched my site in the end of February. The site got listed in Google in last update and it`s showing PR0. allinurl show 458 results (site has about 800+ pages), site is listed in google directory, dmoz, zeal, and has about 15 links from other sites. So should I be worried about PR0 or is that normal for the first update?

There's a lot of "it depends" around, on crawler timings and so on... but.... you'd better check something out.

Google has what in my opinion is a SERIOUS problem in this arena - inherited PR0.

I know of a number of sites that have PRO, yet have always been whiter than white. Absolutely nothing wrong with them, and actually very good content.

The problem?

The domains were previously held by someone else. Example: a domain name reseller who stuck the same 'for sale' page on each domain, perhaps pointing to the same purchase page. All pretty much duplicates, all could be seen as doorway pages of some sort by Google.

Result: PR0 abounds.

Whatever the cause, the domains expire and are not renewed. Someone else picks them up and bingo... they have a PRO, despite a clean and innocent site. PRO is being innocently propagated all over the place like a cancer.

If I were you I'd head on down to archive.org and research some history.

I'm not saying it is the cause of your problem, but it certainly could be. It's the source of a lot of other people's problems, even though they don't know it.

There is no trace on archive.org for that domain, so I hope that PR will sort out in the next update. BTW I got nice description for that site in Zeal so site ranks excellent in MSN for few nice keywords, is Zeal description main factor in MSN search results?

Zeal is the key to MSN, and the description is all that matters because the site isn't crawled... but there is a directories forum if you want to talk about Zeal.

Launch new sites all of the time and see this pattern (depending on time of the month):

1. Launch of Site
2. Get some inbound links right away!
3. Googlebot hits logs (very lightly)
4. Might show in next index - PR will be 0 until then..
5. Next crawl (with better/quality links) Googlebot hits hard - even a few times per month..

To answer the simple question, we have launched about 100 sites since the release of the tool-bar and ALL have had greyed bars until they were included. Check the logs for "BOT". Even launched a site, got inbound links from PR7/PR6 sites (about 70) - Freshbot included the site for some search terms, but the PR was still grey until the update... Hope this helps...
