A question about the Google Cache.

Why is our site not cached?

I was wondering if anybody could tell me why Google does not cache our web site. We have very good rankings on many keywords relating to our business (top 10/20)and our site has been indexed for many years. We are adding new web pages on a regular basis, updating pages and changing details of special offers every few days. Is this the reason why our site is not cached. I notice that every other website appearing in the search results around us is cached and I was just wondering why our site is not cached and is it good to be cached or not.
Thanks for your help.

Google will cache your site unless you tell it not to or there are unusual problems with caching your page.

Got any out of the ordinary meta tags or anything like that?

Welcome to webmasterworld btw :)
