Rank better for a keyword in the SERPS

than in an allinanchor search?

Most of the time, I've found the top results are mirrored when doing an allinanchor: keyword search.
My home page is lower in the serps, suggesting I could improve the on-page stuff, but how many of you have BETTER serp than allinanchor results?
