OK, I was told that I have been doing wrong and Google is going to get me. And reading back posts, this looks to be the case. My question is what can I do to speedily rectify the situation? Is ther some type of page with which I could replace all the crosslinking pages? I don't want to have empty pages, and removing them seems to be a waste as most of them are currently indexed in Google. And simply removing them would require me to find each and every link to them, which might be up to 6 per site.
Please, any suggestion?
while your setup sounds like:
www.domain1.com/page1 -> www.domain2.com/page1
www.domain1.com/page1 -> www.domain2.com/page2
www.domain1.com/page1 -> www.domain2.com/page3
www.domain1.com/page1 -> www.domain2.com/page4
one links page to many sites. And I don'T think there should be any problem.
the quickest way though to fix things up if you still are worried is to include the meta tags for noindex,nofollow, that way visitors can use the sites as usual, but Google will ignore them.
But again, I don'T think you should really be worried.

Thanks for the response!
Actualy, what I have is a base content area, so to speak:
<body>
www.mysite1.com
www.mysite2.com
www.mysite3.com
www.mysite4.com
etc.
</body>
Then www.mysite1.com/index.html has a link to www.mysite1.com/page2.htm which is basically the body above with its own meta tags.
And www.mysite2.com/index.html has a link to www.mysite2.com/page2.htm which also has the same basic body with its own unique meta tags.
And so on.
The only difference in the bodies is that by www.mysite300.com, there are many more links to list by then.
