I've got good results using good anchor text for within-site navigation to the target page. So if I link to my blue flashy widgets page with the text "blue flashy widgets" then that page comes up number one in a search for "blue flashy widgets", even though the target page doesn't have exactly that keyword combination on it. It's definitely mainly due to that anchor text.

I've also got good results using keywords in H1 text on a page and that's a recognised aspect of the Google algo.

Question:
If the anchor text of the link to the target page is in H1 text, does it have more of an impact on the ranking than if the link is in ordinary text?
