point name to new site

I have a client that is retiring and will no longer need her site.

I have her some really good listings for multiple keywords

I have an associate of another client that is in the same industry that could benefit from these great listings.

What are the pros and cons of redirecting the domain over to the new clients site.

Is there a better way to do it?

I still want to maintain the original sites listings
