im looking to get linked on a page with a PR of 6.
I notice it loads in frames? Is the PR diluted some way?
Just wondering if the PR is accurate, or how its counted

In that case it's not the PR that shows up in the browser address bar; you have to look at the page itself that's loading inside the frameset. Pull it up outside of the frameset from a link - right click, open in new window. If it won't open like that, think twice. Some framed pages use JS to prevent seeing the actual pages, and with some it's been used to mask what's actually the situation with the page - either low PR or even PR0 in some cases. It may be fine, but you have to check the page itself - not the frameset.

I think you will find that "normally" the frames PR is one less than the Frameset PR (which is what you see in the toolbar PR for the frameset).

Unless the directory structure of the site is "odd" - in which case the frame PR could be anything!

using IE, you can switch of javascript (security tab), right click on inner frame, choose properties, copy URL and paste into address bar.

I had a similar problem with my own site (and I used JS to rebuilt the frame set).

It was interesting to browse the unframed pages for their PR. The frameset is PR 6, I have a few PR 6 inner pages, some PR 5 and lots PR 4.

Definitely check out the inner frame if you're oinly interested in the PR.
