I use site:www.mydomain.com -lkjghga . This will show you all pages of a given domain in Google's index that does not contain the word lkjghga (or any other random an meaningless word).
Althought Google will show the number of pages in the index, it will tend to produce a sloppy list of pages with the allinurl: command.

Well, in that case, all other sites having www.mydomain.co.uk anywhere in the url will show up as well, like www.any_other_domain.tld/ref.php?url=www.mydomain.co.uk

As long one is using the allinurl: command, I guess he his likely to find some redirects from external domains in url.
This is why I use site: to restrict the search to the site in the first place.
As long some punk band dont use the name "lkjghga", I feel safe.

And all of these numbers that you get back are estimates. Google takes a guess whenever it is over a few hundred pages.
