Everflux?

Is it reflected in the datacenters?

Hello,

During the last dance, my ranking moved from to page 1, then towards the end, dropped back to page 2.

Yesterday, I just absentmindedly did a search on my prime phrase, and noticed the SERPS had changed back to where I was on page 1 again.

I used one of the google dance tools, and noticed that the SERPS are different on five of the eight datacenters. On WWW, WWW2, and WWW3 they're the same, and correspond to the other three datacenters. With minor variations, this has continued for about 12 hours.

Is that the everflux I'm seeing, or something else?

Thanks

I couldn't say for sure. I tend to think that this is either everflux or simply the results kind of settling after the last update. I'm no expert, so until one of *those* drops by, just be happy that your ranking increased. :)

Interestingly enough, I've been checking it all day. The same five datacenters are showing the different results.

Occasionally, for short periods (so far), these changed results are showing up on www, but not on www1 or www2.

I don't understand it, but it is providing entertainment.

The SERPS have settled down it seems.

All 8 datacenters, and www1, 2, and 3 are now showing my site has moved up!

I still don't understand it, but it's almost like the dance just took another turn around the floor.
