I don't run a firm, as such, we are more of a group we take equity stakes of commission payments in lieu of fees for clients/partners we fancy working with then we build them a site and e-business platform to help them do business on the web which we own (their site I mean; we don't own the web :). Then we look in depth at their business and help them partner with leading web resources in their field or if there are no decent resources, we do some research and create them.

sorry to sound so giddy and groupie-ish (?) about it, but the web, SEO, design, it all is very interesting to me and i enjoy speaking to people who have a knowledge of all the aspects of web based business. combine that with ethics in dealing with your clients and there is a lot to learn.
