What does it mean for my domain:
link:www.mydomain.com ---> 0 results
allinurl: www.mydomain.com ---> 9400 results
I want to say also that my domain has many inbound links but also some external links from 6, 5, 4 PR sites.
If I query link:www.mydomain2.com for example, links from mydomain.com are counted.
I want to say also that from January my PR (it was 4 in december and 6 in July) was totally grey.
I want to say also that some of my pages, I suppose, I think, penalized me because GBot saw them like "crosslinking", but NO INTENTION to do spamming.
I would like to say GBot not to crawl them again (if they cause this grey PR toolbar) but some of these are present in the index....so what have i to do?
And how can I know if Google thinks about me like a spammer(and I 'm not a spammer!) or not...and which is that cause of this "3 months grey PR" of a site that about 8 months ago was 6 PR.

What pages of what domain are present in index?
Incoming links: to which of your domains (anchor text, url)?
And what's your primary intention?

What do u mean?
"Crosslinking" for me is a technique that : many pages have same link to www.mydomain.com(imagine a brand logo at top of the page linking to my site for thousands of pages), isn't it?

But if everything was about your www.mydomain.com it should be fine. Maybe there's something not so clear about your crosslinking and your mydomain2 you've mentioned. If there's any indication of (heavy) crosslinking that may bring your sub-optimal G results, and the bar down.
