Hello all. I have one page on my site that is a PR0 (white bar). All other pages on the site are PR5. Is it possible to have one page penalized. The page in question is a links page with only 10 links on it. I have checked all 10 sites being linked to and I can't find any that are PR0. There is one site that is PR6 on the home page but the links page has a gray bar. Does this mean their links page is banned but the rest of their site isn't?
