Listings continue to move - is there any order to this?

I noticed my site consitnues to bounce around in the new update results on www3 I was wondering if there's any rhyme or reason to this or if it's just all random until it's done?

When will it be done anyways?

I'm just trying to get some sense of where my site will be when the dust settles.
