Google PRzeroed one of my pages

Well, the page I created to allow people to copy and paste my link code and also submit their link to my directory has now got a PR 0 when I use the

216.239.33.100toolbarqueries.google.com

in my hosts file.

What do you think would be the cause? My links page itself is fine at PR5 but this page has PR0 now. I refer the the links as Resources. What could be the problem?

Could it be just because it is the update and PR is jumping all over the shop?

i've had the same probleme on many of my inside pages and just can't figure out the problem.

most of my inside pages PR has been "zeroed" while my homepage lost one passed from 6 to 5

I'v looked all over for the cause without success

I think this is just the normal fluctuation during the dance. I've seen home pages on good sites show a PR-blank a few times today. Keep checking and see if it sticks. My guess is that it won't but I'm not positive about that.

During the update, things jump all over the place for several days.
If your PR was 5 before the update, it may lower to 0 during the update, then rocket back up to 6 after the update finishes. Noone knows for sure what's going to happen.

Just wait a few days (until the dust settles) and then worry about the results.

Yes I know there is a fluctuation but since I am checking it on:
216.239.33.100 toolbarqueries.google.com

in the hosts file this should show me the correct post update PR right? I though only fluctuation occured during the update with normal (i.e. current) PR showing.

All other pages are consistent (i.e. stay the same) except this one page.

I was wondering if google is frowning on pages offering reciprocal link exchanges etc... could it be bad to use any of the following:

related resources
featured sites
reciprocal links
link exchange
etc etc

within pages? Do you think I may have picked up a penalty? I have done nowt wrong on the page at all except mention Related Resources and Adding Links etc.

Wierd... guess ill have to sit it out for a few days.

BTW, without the hosts addition for the toolbar query, the page shows a PR 3.

In addition I only link to the add resources page from my resources list page (PR5) what would happen if I put a link to it (i.e. Link To Us) on each page? Would it make a difference or if it is penalised... will that in turn damage each page linking to it?
