Google counts dynamic inbound links now?

hi, everyone here, I know Google is updating now.
While checking the inbound links(link:mysite.com) on www2, I find that a site links to mine with dynamic link(http://www.otherdomain.com/click.php?clickid=33),
Google also looks it as ONE inbound link to my site. Did any one else find this?
Does Google count dynamic links back before?

Have not noticed this, and I'd have plenty if those counted. Check the link page and see if they have your URL listed on that page (as text or link text), those count also.
